These terms govern your use of CatGarden websites, apps, shop orders, boarding and grooming bookings, member benefits, and related services.

Accounts

Please provide accurate account and contact information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

Orders and payments

Prices, stock, shipping fees, and promotions are confirmed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; CatGarden does not store full card numbers.

Bookings

Boarding and grooming bookings require accurate pet and contact details. Deposits, changes, cancellations, and service conditions follow the rules shown during the booking flow.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders ship from Taiwan. Import duties and taxes are not included and are collected from the recipient by the carrier or customs. Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes arising from the service are submitted to the Taiwan Tainan District Court as the court of first instance. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
