Butter Toast Litter Box

Big enough to turn around in.

62.5 cm long, a low entry to step over and high walls to hold the litter in. Scoop included.

An adult cat standing fully inside the butter-yellow litter box with room to spare around it.

Size

62.5 cm. Not “just about enough”.

A litter box works best at about one and a half times the cat’s body length — enough room to dig, cover and turn around to find a spot. At 62.5 × 42.5 cm an adult cat stands fully inside with room left over. Too small, and a cat ends up perched on the rim, or stops using it altogether.

Weighs 1.42 kg

Getting in

A dip at the front. An easy step in.

The middle of the front wall is cut down while the sides stay tall. Older cats, cats with stiff joints and short-legged kittens do not have to hop in. And because only that one section is low, the other three sides still hold the litter in.

Keeping it in

Walls 32.5 cm tall. The litter stays in.

With many litter boxes the problem is not using them, it is sweeping up after them. At 32.5 cm the walls catch the litter a cat kicks up while digging and covering, so it drops back into the tray instead of onto the floor. You can also fill it deeper without it spilling over.

A white slotted litter scoop hanging in its place on the side of the box.

Scoop included

The scoop has a place to hang. It stays there.

A slotted scoop comes in the box, so there is nothing else to buy. The side of the tray is shaped to hold it: use it, hang it back. It never ends up on the floor collecting dust, and you are never hunting for it.

Fingers hooked under the box’s thickened rolled rim, lifting it.

Moving it

A thickened rim you can lift one-handed.

The rim on the open side is rolled into a thick tube — something to hook your fingers under, with no sharp edge. Empty, the tray weighs 1.42 kg, so emptying it, refilling it or carrying it out to rinse is a one-handed job. The other hand is free for the door.

Non-slip

Four pads underneath. It stays put.

There is a non-slip pad at each of the four corners underneath. When a cat steps in hard or braces against the rim to dig, the tray does not slide across tile or wood. The pads also lift the base slightly, so damp never gets trapped between the tray and the floor.

A hand wiping the smooth inner wall of the box, with no grooves to catch dirt.

Cleaning

One moulded piece. Nowhere for grime to hide.

Moulded in one piece from polypropylene, with smooth walls and rounded corners — no joins, no grooves. Empty it, rinse it, wipe it and it is done. No toothbrush in the corners, and no stubborn stains lodged in a seam.

At home

Large, but easy on the eye.

A litter box usually has to live somewhere visible — a living room, a hallway. The warm butter tone and rounded lines sit softly next to wooden floors and pale furniture, instead of reading as a dark plastic tray the moment you walk in.

In the box

One tray. One scoop.

Polypropylene, 62.5 × 42.5 × 32.5 cm, 1.42 kg empty. Ready to use out of the carton — nothing to assemble.

A box only works if the cat will use it.

Shipping notes for this item

Because of its size and weight， this item can only be sent by home delivery and always ships on its own， so it may arrive at a different time from the rest of your order.

Care and safety

Aim for a box about 1.5× your cat’s body length. In a multi-cat home, one box per cat plus a spare.

Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight — plastic becomes brittle over time.

Dry it completely after washing before adding litter, so no moisture is left at the base.
